Core Supports
Core Supports help you with everyday activities, your current disability-related needs and to work towards your goals. Your Core Supports budget is the most flexible, and in most cases, you can use your funding across any of the following four support categories.
Community Participation
Access Mentoring can assist you or your loved one in accessing and participating in the greater community. We guide, support, mentor, and motivate you to succeed and reach set goals for social interaction and recreation.

Individual Skill Development
Developing additional life skills allows you to live more independently and achieve your goals for a fulfilling life. This development is not as simple as buying an assistive device; it takes time, mentoring, motivation, and encouragement to reach your goals.
Short Term Accomdation
Short Term Accommodation can have several benefits. It can help someone living with a disability by introducing them to a different perspective. Spending time away from the usual routine, meeting new people, and learning new skills while increasing independence.
Personal Activities
Having the ability to experience the outside world can alter your mood and mindset. Depending on a person’s disability, Personal Activities such as finding new hobbies or choosing a weekly exercise regimen can change your attitude, boost your immune system, and improve your mental health.

Capacity Building Supports
Capacity Building Supports help build your independence and skills to help you pursue your goals. Unlike your Core Supports budget, your Capacity Building Supports budget cannot be moved from one support category to another.
